Work development jointed up to the launching of New Information and Communication Technologies. Ergonomics applied to NTIC or software and Web utility and use

After an ICT characterization in [Govaere, 02], their impact on work appears to be an essential issue. This publication aims to present a bibliographic synthesis jointed up to the ICT's impacts. Facing the great volume of information, this synthesis is directed towards the tool and its interaction with the user. This article is dealing with software and ICT ergonomics. Indeed, these two fields of ergonomics overlap themselves. The ICT are tools, like the software, whose computerized functionalities and significant technical substrate are important.
The publication is structured in three parts. The first presents a synthetic work on software ergonomics, the second is directed towards ICT ergonomics and specially Web ergonomics, and the last part briefly makes proposals for transposing the Web characteristics towards those of the ICT. In the end, the passage of the WEB towards ICT is characterized by bibliographical difficulties. Indeed, in the literature, few work on ICT has been undertaken, in contrast with the great number of publications on Web ergonomics.
