The effects of the mission on work. A diachronic case analysis of an SME.

Among the initiatives aimed at further integrating extra-financial issues in corporate governance, the legal framework of soci t mission stands out for its operational dimension. This study explores the effects of this recent governance model on work based on semi-structured interviews conducted with employees of a medium-sized enterprise. We shed light on the impacts of the purpose and propose perspectives to strengthen the consideration of work in its implementation.
