More specifically, the thesis project questions the modalities of psycho-ergonomic intervention facilitating the explanation and collective discussion of the experiences of employees concerned by the deployment of this legal quality in an organization, paying particular attention to contradictions and aiming to co-construct their resolution. This communication will aim to present the general context of the thesis, the first elements of knowledge on the subject and the methodological reflections at work.
