Psychometric validation of the third version of SATIN in two samplings

This publication completes the work of validation of the SATIN questionnaire in its third version. This questionnaire is aimed at acting on psychosocial risks, a topic on which INRS and the University of Lorraine have been working since 2006. Numerous validation processes and large scale tests have been realized, as well as a survey of practitioner usage conducted by an independent investigator, in order to avoid conflict of interest with the SATIN promoters. This report concerns the validation of the version 3.0, a version based on what has been capitalized through the all results of previous validation phases.
