SATIN (version 3.0): a questionnaire to evaluate health and wellbeing at work for prevention, diagnosis and intervention
Publication
Taking into account psychosocial risks in companies requires the construction of a dialogue involving, beyond the partners in the prevention, Human Resources functions as well as management. It is broadly accepted that actions on organizational aspects are essential in order to simultaneously reduce those risks and promoting well-being at work. This dialogue should be facilitated if it could be grounded on quantitative data on the psychosocial and organizational difficulties experienced by working teams or subpopulation of professionals. It is on this background that the SATIN questionnaire in its third version has been developed. It was designed in such a way to take into account usual work of occupational physician (medical periodic visits). This Scientific Note presents the tools and its methodology of use.
