The « well-being at work » approach for the prevention of psychosocial risks. SATIN. A questionnaire assessing working conditions and health. Validation procedure

Publication

The SATIN questionnaire has been developed to take into account psychosocial risks at stake in companies. The tool allows for quantitative data on psychosocial health and organizational problems perceived by working teams that can be used to ease the dialogue between prevention partners, human resources and management. The questionnaire shall thus be part of a general approach and shall help to decide which actions will better reduce psychosocial risks and promote well-being.
This Scientific Note addresses the validation procedure used to determine the psychometrical properties of the questionnaire. It completes the NST 272 which introduces the prevention approach based on this questionnaire.
