The deployment of the quality of mission company from the point of view of employees: intervention research serving the resolution of contradictions

Beyond their legal obligations, certain companies are committed to strengthening their commitments to major contemporary societal and environmental challenges. The recent deployment of the legal status of mission company aims, in this sense, to enable the articulation between their commitments and the carrying out of their activities. This research is part of a study questioning the effects of the adoption of the legal status of mission company for employees and mobilizes the paradigm of intervention research. More specifically, the thesis project questions the modalities of psycho-ergonomic intervention facilitating the explanation and collective discussion of the experiences of employees concerned by the deployment of this legal quality in an organization, paying particular attention to contradictions and aiming to co-construct their resolution. This communication will aim to present the general context of the thesis, the first elements of knowledge on the subject and the methodological reflections at work.
