Workplace Accident Rates: A Key Factor for Companies' Economic Performance

This article aims to present the results of a study aimed at qualifying and quantifying, through a statistical approach, the link between the accident insurance claims of companies and their economic performance. It first recalls how other studies have attempted to use techniques similar to ours to measure the link between working conditions or the working environment on the one hand, and the economic performance of companies on the other. It then presents the model used before showing the results and what they imply.
