In 2024, the CREAPT seminar brought together psychologists, ergonomists, economists, specialists in educational sciences and managers of social economy structures to discuss the issue of professional knowledge, its construction and transmission. It provided an opportunity to discuss the consequences of changes in the world of work-in the face of demographic, ecological, technical and production challenges-on professional knowledge in a range of new and old professions.
