The end of working life put to the test by working conditions. CREAPT Annual Seminar on "Age and Work"
Publication
Largely driven by social debates around pension reforms, the end of working life gives rise to numerous reflections in terms of occupational health, prevention of occupational risks, but also employment, work and social protection. Developments in production systems, working conditions, and the resulting career paths question the modalities of carrying out a work activity at the end of a career, in very different and even unequal contexts. Thinking about and building professional ends in health and skills requires understanding the reciprocal links between work, career paths and health. It is in this perspective that the various interventions of ergonomists, sociologists, economists and statisticians in this seminar are oriented.
