Pregnancy while working concerns almost 70% of women, and returning to work after maternity leave represents a period of physical and mental vulnerability that was little explored. The present study was conducted in a large sample population within Paris area, and was aimed to describe the pregnancy course while working et to analyze the relationships between the work/non-work demands and the mental health 3 months after returning to work. The effects of work-family conflicts and of professional/non-professsional supports on these relationships were also addressed. Most of the work/non-work demands are related to the mental health, and these relationships are in part passing through the work-family conflict ; also, professional supports could alter these relationships.
