The activity of planning operators in road haulage transport companies: analysis method and prospects for cross-domain application (Part 2)

This report focuses on formalization and implementation of a protocol analysis method based on a multi-dimensional coding scheme. The method aims to understand the activity of planning operators in the road haulage transport sector, especially their mental processes involved during activity. To promote the use of this method in other areas, particularly in the context of comparative approaches, a typology of scheduling situations is also proposed.
