Respiratory protection against nanoparticles: elements for a better respirators selection guidance
Presentation
The performance of different types of Respiratory Protective Device (RPD) against
nanoparticles are experimentally determined on a dedicated test bench. The influences of the fit of the facepiece, the breathing rate and the particle size are studied. This work aims at giving new elements to select the best RPD for a given situation of nanoparticles exposure at workplace.
