How to work safety on a machine?

Operating machinery, a large number of accidents occur because operators thought they work safely as machine was not safe enough. Yet solutions exist: isolation procedures that include technical and organizational measures. Such measures allow controlling existing energies: power supply for the machine and accumulated energies.
