Well-being at work, quality of working life, psychosocial risks: what are we talking about?

No debate on occupational health can be held without the expressions "well-being at work", "quality of working life" and "psychosocial risks" being used. But exactly do these concepts cover? Where do they come from? What risk prevention and worker health preservation goals do they strive to attain? This article examines the spécificities, the differences and the complementarities of these approaches.
