Transposition of Directive 2013/35 / EU into French law: a new regulation from January 2017

The European Directive 2013/35 / EU has just been transposed into French law by Decree No. 2016-1074 of 3 August 2016 on the protection of workers against risks due to electromagnetic fields. These decree requirements, codified in the Labor Code, will come into force in January 1, 2017 . This article presents the objectives and content of this new regulation that aims to manage risk gradually according to its scope and nature.
