Early leaving of artisan’s sector pastry makers: understanding to prevent

Early leaving of most of artisan’s sector pastry makers is a paradox and a challenging situation, considering occupational disability prevention. This article based on a multidisciplinary approach aims describing the activity, health problems and principal constraints of the job. Moreover, it highlights differences between two working pathways. Finally, prevention actions are suggested which have to be adjusted to the firm’s context
