Subjective workload evaluation. Use of the Borg's scales

The subjective evaluation is accurate and reproducible for measuring workload. It may be used alone (self- rating scales, questionnaires...) or in parallel to many objective metrics.
After a brief presentation of the subjective evaluation using Borg scales (RPE and CR10), examples of laboratory studies and work situation are presented to argue their uses and flows in an assessment of the working conditions.
