Publication

The French association for the development of studies and epidemiological researches in occupational health (ADEREST) organized its 15th meeting, with 3 thematic conferences on economics of occupational risk prevention, occupational prospects in 2020 and guidelines for medical and occupational surveillance of lumbar risk for workers exposed to manual handling. Different teams working in the field of health and work have also provided on the following topics: determining indicators, psychosocial risks, epidemiological studies and target organs, epidemiological studies and specific industries, musculoskeletal disorders, exposure assessment and occupational activities. Organized in partnership with the association of occupational physicians of Ile-de-France (Association interprofessionnelle des centres médicaux et sociaux de santé au travail de la région Ile-de-France, ACM), the Occupational health department (DST) of the Institute of Health Surveillance (InVS), and the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, the conference brought together nearly 150 occupational physicians, regional medical inspectors, researchers and prevention specialists to discuss the advancement of knowledge in the field of epidemiology in occupational health.
