Creating a developmental ergonomic intervention: reflections on the action approach and the position of the stakeholder.

This communication presents a reflection on the epistemological approach and the position of the stakeholder in ergonomic interventions. The method created refers to a developmental epistemological approach and results from the studies conducted in waste and recycling centers. It combines occupational ergonomic analysis with individual and collective confrontation to elaborate with the operators to objectify their work while taking into account knowledge from experience.
