Typology of risk factors for an ethical assessment of the impact of digital technologies.

This paper details a typology of risk factors that should concern digital technologies and more specifically NLP. It aims at providing an evaluation grid for an ethical assessment of researches and applications. The practical achievement of this methodological framework is detailed with two different applications of language technologies: voice picking and word prediction for augmented and assistive communication.
