Intervention Guidelines. Workplace Interventions to Improve Wellbeing in SMEs of the Service Sector
Publication
The current context in companies increases the amount of requests for interventions aimed at improving wellbeing at work and reducing psychosocial risk. This is also true in the service sector and in small structures, which often require approaches built on a “short cycle” integrating the diagnostic phase and the implementation of concrete actions. This Scientific Note presents an approach developed at INRS that uses a systemic framework. It seeks to build the conditions for better self-regulation within the work setting and aims at questioning the structural elements that characterize it
