The process-oriented standards “human – centered organizations”: possible cooperation between different management levels and actors?

Presentation

The key idea of this communication is not to present the three standards in detail but to highlight the key role of cooperation between the three levels to decide (level 1), to adapt (level 2) and to set up (level 3) the 7 ergonomic principles in an efficient manner (see figure 1 below),
thus allowing better system performances and significantly improving the quality of working life of operators and users.
